The Challenge
As a current Oracle HCM Cloud and Taleo customer, our client wanted to streamline their offer letter, new hire and personnel management processes for employees with multiple assignments. Due to the complexity of their business, this necessitated a single view of candidates, their documentation, offer letters, and their staffing assignments.
